USDA Home Improvement

Did you know that the United States Department of Agriculture has a program for your home repairs?  Which includes heating & cooling.  It can also be used for any home repair, improvement or to modernize your home.  This grant or loan program is for low income persons that are not able to obtain affordable credit elsewhere.  Texas is in a pilot program granting $10,000.00 to eligible applicants.  https://www.rd.usda.gov/programs-services/single-family-housing-repair-loans-grants/tx There is also loans up to $20,000.00 with an extremely low interest rate of 1%.  If your family, or you know of a family that could benefit from this program we would love to help!  Call to get help & apply now.
